This is a clone of Plants vs Zombies, but with some of new ideas. One of them is dividing units onto disposal and non-disposal ones, and two types of in-game currency.This game looks good, and music is quite good too. But this is only true for the first 2/3 of the game. Last levels are terrible.And by terrible I mean it's hardly playable - there is too much SH...T happening on the screen and I could barely see what to do.Also it's getting incredibly hard on last levels. On the last level two large destroyers appear at once, destroying two rows of your defense, and if you build something in their way - they just destroy it by simple touching it.I had a wish to complete all levels with maximum rating, and I already wasted too much time and effort so I decided to use a trick. I managed to complete last level by slowing the game down to 30% of its natural speed - this way I managed to take many actions per second, and slower enemy movement allowed me to see something in that mess.Also, note, that to beat second part of the game you will need to grind A LOT. Top units cost money, so if you can't beat the level - you must grind previous levels for about an hour to purchase more heavy units and make another try. Thankfully, if your disposal units do not die (regardless of winning / losing / restarting) - they remain in your "inventory" and you can use them again.I hate pointless grinding, so I used hacks to obtain money, and it took me 20 hours to beat the game. If I had to grind money - it would have taken 50 hours or more, which is too much for a game like this.And the most frustrating thing... There is a story, it's driven by text description of every mission. But when you complete the last of them - it just... ends. No final video, hell, there is no text, no congratulations - nothing, you just finish the incredibly difficult last level and look at he map but nothing happens. Yon can't even return to main menu - ALT+F4 is the only way out.I won, yay! :(My grade to this game is:first 1/3 of the game: 9 pointssecond third of the game: 6 pointslast third of the game: 0 pointsTOTAL: 5 points (or 50%)Only buy it if you love grinding, or if you really want to play something like sci-fi PVZ.. Basically a mediocre Sci-fi themed lane defense. Think of Plants VS. Zombies but with robots. There is nothing really original about this game, the game mechanics are directly lifted from Plants VS. Zombies, including manual pickup of a resource that pops out of the reactor (sunflower). This game feels as if the developers spent half an afternoon wondering which game they could rip off and almost 20 minutes on the story, and 15 minutes coding this.It tells a lot about this game that the first time I tried this game I was able to break the tutorial level because I did not place my towers exactly in the designated spot and the only way I could exit the game was ALT+F4. The game has many bugs like that where the player is able to break the appallingly poorly scripted "missions" and end up stuck with no other option than to quit the game.Now, the graphics are not terrible but they are mediocre at best, and the enemies are uninspired and dull. The talking heads narrative is stereotypical and dry, and the dialog is badly written and rife with spelling errors and broken sentences. The story is the typical "They found some magic mineral on planet X and now they are at war!"-tripe and it feels like it was written by a third grader. The grammatical errors in the game are just embarassingly bad and stick out like a sore thumb. While I understand that the developers may not speak English as their native language they should have at least TRIED making an effort.I think that for the asking price of €12.99 this is straight up robbery. Only buy this if you get it 90% or more off.TL;DR:An overpriced, weak, unfinished and buggy scifi-themed Plants VS. Zombies clone.3/10, would not recommend.. not worth the price at all .. but still it's a good game to play(ofc PvZ is better). There are severe balancing issues. early in the game i've found myself stuck from the inability to fight off waves of soldiers as well as not having a way to fight off newer types of soldiers. theres not enough time in between waves adding to the balancing issue and preventing any possibility of survival.. Keyboard shortcuts in tutorial doesn't work for me, heck! Tutorial level got stuck...Also, I encountered some text issues, therefore I won't look into game further. I've seen enough reasons not to play on other reviews - basically game is boring, copying Plants vs Zombie idea, but moving into military field.. Robots vs Robots :)Yeah it's very similar to Plants vs Zombies, but it's cool. The gameplay is fun and the scifi setting is nice.It's not PvZ, but it kind of has that addictive effect too.. I like the game, i don't know why are the reviews so negative, obviously is inspired on plant vs zombies, but, Where's the problem? lot of games are full copys from others and they have positive reviews, the unic problem is the "Missile Tower" have the skin bugged. Fix that and put a multiplayer option and a infinite waves game mode and the game would be great.
