About This Game Travel Beyond the Reality You've Always Known. Two thousand years ago, the Kingdom of Jastamune was thrust into a war, the only survivor being a magician known as Reverent Sulada. I got tired of this game really quickly. The writing is bad, which is not something I would hope for in a game with this kind of premise. Combat is very simple. The music may seem good to some people, but I think none of it is original. None of the assets seem to be original except for character art. A lot of things are awkward about this game, especially how it deals with pollution. I am glad that they gave us an option to turn off "fantasy" language names because those are really annoying to read most of the time. But this game really has nothing except art and a premise that almost sounds good on paper.I did not give this game a fair chance with how little I played, but I am pretty experienced with playing RPG Maker games and this one didn't feel worth its price. Reading the reviews saying it is also very short makes me want to stay far away. it seems like everyone only lightly recommends this if they have good thinking skills. You probably are just paying for the artists and a writer with poor grasp of language and complexity. Going to get a refund on this even though I got it discounted.. Now this is a game I can easy recommend for every fan of JRPG's.A good story and a neat, if somewhat short game. Don't let the minimalistic graphics fool you. Behind that is an old school JRPG.. Got this game on sale for $3.49, but I would've paid full price for it. VERY good storyline, fun characters, and you can eventually mix and match your party to suit your playing style. Final boss fight was actually tough (I died the first time, but was successful the second). Even if you only beat it once, it's still worth the price.. Beyond Reality is a very entertaining RPG/RPGMaker game. It might be one of the best I've played in that kind of games. Many side quests. No excessive grinding necessary to meet primary and secondary goals. The storyline does the job. Your party is eclectic enough and its formation can be changed. That makes the game less repetitive and less boring than many games of that kind. Last but not least! The dev was of great support when stuck with some achievements (just take a look at discussion topics to notice that). It's nice and somewhat rare to see devs caring for players and taking time to answer them on other matters than technical bug related subjects. That was much appreciated :)
